Cancellation & Deposit Policy

To reserve your appointment, our online booking system requires a valid card on file and a $30 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward your total cost at checkout.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will result in a $30 cancellation fee per pet. This fee will be charged to the card on file.

If the card on file cannot be successfully charged for the cancellation or no-show fee, the outstanding balance per pet will be added to your next grooming appointment and must be paid before or at that visit.

  • If the requested time is not suitable for your pet's breed or requirements, a staff member will contact you directly to assist with rescheduling

Walk-in nail trim: $22

As a one- on- one, appointment- only salon, we are committed to providing undivided attention to each of our furry clients. This means that during appointments, our focus is on the pets, ensuring both safety and the highest quality. Because of this, we sometimes may not be able to answer phone calls right away. If you don’t get through, we ask that you leave a voice message or send a text. We will return you call/text as soon as possible.

We love providing calm, one-on-one grooming sessions so your pup can feel relaxed and cared for.
Although your dog will be groomed individually, our facility is not isolated or dog-free, and other pets may be onsite during your visit.
We’re happy to schedule appointments to minimize contact, but we cannot guarantee a completely dog-free environment.

Our entrance is 8th Ave near the corner of Ash Street.
