• If the requested time is not suitable for your pet's breed or requirements, a staff member will contact you directly to assist with rescheduling

This means that during appointments, our focus is on the pets, ensuring both safety and the highest quality. Because of this, we sometimes may not be able to answer phone calls right away. If you don’t get through, we ask that you leave a voice message or send a text. We will return you call/text as soon as possible.

We love providing calm, one-on-one grooming sessions so your pup can feel relaxed and cared for.
Although your dog will be groomed individually, our facility is not isolated or dog-free, and other pets may be onsite during your visit.
We’re happy to schedule appointments to minimize contact, but we cannot guarantee a completely dog-free environment.
